1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, purchasing memberships, registering for classes, or participating in any activities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines posted on our site.

2. Services Provided

We offer fitness instruction, group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, sports performance training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), mixed martial arts (MMA), and personal training services. Our website provides information about our classes, memberships, events, and other services. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

3. Memberships & Payments

  • Memberships and training sessions are subject to availability and may require an active subscription or payment.

  • Online Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Membership Plans may be canceled anytime or paused in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (see Section 4).

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel membership plans anytime!

  • Cancellation or rescheduling appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds will only be granted under specific conditions, such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, and hardship circumstances.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of refund.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • All participants must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability Form prior to engaging in any activities.

  • You understand that participation in fitness and combat sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, or accidents.

  • By using our services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against Ambassadors of the Art, its owners, trainers, instructors, and affiliates.

  • If you have any medical conditions, you must consult a physician before participating.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and professional training environment, all members and visitors must:

  • Follow the instructions of staff at all times.

  • Respect fellow members and maintain a positive training atmosphere.

  • Wear appropriate training attire and practice proper hygiene.

  • Refrain from using abusive language, harassment, or any form of misconduct.

  • Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

 

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content, including logos, images, videos, and written material, is the property of Ambassadors of the Art BJJ LLC and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of our website or content may result in legal action.

 

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties unless necessary to provide our services to our members.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, website, or premises. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against Ambassadors of the Art, its owners, trainers, instructors, and affiliates

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in accordance with the laws in the State of Texas. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso, TX.
