Injury Prevention is a PRIORITY - warm up thoroughly, use proper technique, and get adequate sleep.

Good Hygiene is a MUST– Shower regularly and wear clean gear.

Nails - Nails must be trimmed for martial arts classes.

NO FOOTWEAR ON THE MATS ***only boxing & wrestling shoes - must be sanitized***

No Training While Sick – If you are sick, stay home and rest.

Clean Up After Yourself – Help keep the academy in great shape.

Food - Only in the Reception Area.
