Designed for both seasoned competitors and those training for their first tournament, this class focuses on advanced techniques, strategy, and conditioning to excel in the competitive atmosphere. Sharpen your skills, build confidence, and gain the edge you need for peak performance on the tatami. Note: Competition classes with alternate between Gi & No Gi depending on the time & season for competition.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and will follow all rules and instructions. I accept full responsibility for my actions and any resulting injuries. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambassadors of the Art from any claims arising from my participation. I understand this waiver is legally binding and applies to myself, my heirs, and assigns.
