Designed for youth groups (ages 8-12) and teen groups (13-17), this class focuses on submission grappling to develop self-defense techniques while building strength, confidence, and discipline. Through a fun and problem-solving approach, training methods help participants develop essential skills for self-defense while improving coordination, focus, and teamwork.
